Prices and availability

Prices shown are indicative. The final price, availability, quantity and lead time are confirmed in your quote before you pay.

Samples

Sample and shipping costs are confirmed with you before a sample is arranged.

Shipping and import

We confirm the shipping method and cost with your quote. Buyers are responsible for confirming the import rules that apply to their products and their business, unless your quote says otherwise.

After-sales support

Please contact us within 3 days after delivery and provide photos or videos. We will review each case and provide a suitable solution, such as replacement, refund or compensation.
